A Word About Our Flat Fee Billing

Our law firm is committed to providing premium estate planning solutions – including asset protection – at reasonable flat fees.

Our published fees may increase based on requests for enhanced or highly complex solutions. Any adjustment in our published fee will be quoted on a flat fee basis.

We aim to be fully transparent in our billing practices to ensure our clients don’t face financial surprises. We’ll always discuss any fee adjustment with clients prior to beginning work on their matter. We offer multiple payment methods plus financing. That ensures our clients can effectively budget their estate planning.

Unless stated otherwise, our services are limited to non-taxable estates.

The fees posted on our website are current as of January 1, 2024, and may be subject to change.
